User & Merchant Agreement
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 31, 2026. Please review the terms governing the use of Dastak’s hyperlocal delivery services, consumer app, and merchant platform.
1. Account Registration & Use
- Eligibility: Users must provide a valid 11-digit mobile phone number starting with 03 to create a consumer or merchant account.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities performed under your profile.
- Single Account Policy: Creating duplicate fake accounts or attempting fraudulent orders is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.
2. Merchant & Store Operating Terms
- Master Catalog & Pricing: Store owners must maintain accurate product prices, stock availability, and true store hours on their digital storefront.
- Order Prep & Fulfillment: Merchants agree to accept and process live orders within the specified prep timers upon receiving chime alerts.
- Quality Standards: Merchants are responsible for food safety, fresh packaging, and product quality of all fulfilled orders.
3. Delivery, Fees & Payments
- Delivery Radius & ETA: Estimated delivery times (30 to 45 minutes) are calculated dynamically based on store distance and local traffic.
- Payment Methods: Dastak supports Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card payments, and online banking.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Orders can be cancelled prior to store confirmation. In case of damaged or missing items, contact support for resolution.
4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership
- All trademarks, brand assets, vector graphics, code, and logos belong exclusively to Dastak.
- Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape data from the Dastak web portal or mobile applications.
5. Governing Law & Support Contact
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
